We want to provide everyone with a pleasant and comfortable experience, as well as affordable options so your family can enjoy quality dental care throughout the year. Our Dental Membership Program makes it easier for families without dental insurance to share in the first-class dental experience offered at Today’s Dental.
What is our Dental Membership Program?
The Dental Membership Program is a one-year agreement. Treatment and services included in each program must be completed within one year of signing the agreement form. No cancellations are allowed, and standard credit card payment terms and late fees apply for late or denied transactions. Should monthly payments stop or if payment of treatment is not collected, patients will cease to receive treatment until payment balances are resolved. Patients are responsible for fees related to collection services in the event balances are not resolved. Treatment begins following receipt of the initial payment. Any discounted treatment must be paid at time of service with payment plans available. Financing options are available for discounted treatment based on office policy and staff discretion. The program will automatically renew annually unless cancelled verbally or written by the individual 30 days prior to the end of the contract period. Members will be notified of any rate increases. This is not an insurance program.
